The Annual Clinical Assembly of Osteopathic Surgeons (ACA)
The American Osteopathic College of Proctology holds its yearly meeting with the Annual Clinical Assembly of Osteopathic Surgeons. Educational opportunities in proctologic surgery and colorectal disease are presented, discussed and offered as Category 1-A credit to osteopathic surgeons.
The objectives of this meeting are:
- Offer a highly diversified program of continuing medical education for the specialty of proctological surgery;
- Keep surgeons informed regarding recent developments and advances in the art and science of proctologic surgery;
- Discuss pre- and postoperative issues related to surgery;
- Inform attendees of trends and changes in governmental regulations relating to the practice of surgery.

Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month empowers survivors, caregivers and loved ones to share their stories, raise awareness, advocate for policy change and support research.
The American Osteopathic College of Proctology supports this month as a valuable opportunity for all health care providers to educate their community about these diseases and promote awareness of the importance of colorectal cancer screening, prevention, and treatment.
